Find a #quiet & comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position & close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths, & allow yourself to feel calm & relaxed.... ... .. . 0

Imagine a bright light surrounding you, filling you with warmth & safety.

Focus on your breathing, by taking deep breaths through your nose & out of your mouth, following the direction & shape of the flow.

Allow your thoughts to drift away in the motion, & let go of any worries or distractions.

Now, imagine yourself on the top of a high peak.

There is also a path on the peak leading you down into a peaceful, tranquil place.

You now are following the path down with your breaths.
