What is going on in East Palistine, Ohio?

Why are journalists covering the story being arrested?

Praying for the communities affected by the apparently toxic gases (dead chickens) and toxic runoff (dead fish).

Totally speechless by this. Praying for all the people and creatures that have been or will be impacted by this devastating disaster. I’ve read some of the chemical runoff is heading down the Ohio River to the Mississippi. 😱
Chickens 10 miles from where the chemicals were burned died almost instantly.

Election contests are an important statutory tool to ensure accuracy in vote counting.

The recount showed some votes recorded by machines as undervote were erroneous (info @secretaryhobbs counsel knew but withheld at trial). Further, details on provisional ballot rejects suggest previously active voters had their provisional ballots rejected as “ineligible”. 🤔

It looks like DNC attorney Elias’s former colleague is moving into the AG’s office. I wonder how long Barr plans to be “of counsel” in defiance of state law?

I heard Barr already has an official email address at the AG’s office. 🤔

I’ve been quiet on election issues, because I could not ethically publicly speak as it could be misconstrued as speaking on behalf of my client. I’m still subject to statutory provisions & ethical rules that prevents me from sharing certain things about my job. /2
I didn’t set out to seek attention. If that were the case I would have been dropping election-related truth bombs that would garner likes and retweets since I resigned on 12/30.

I wouldn’t have drawn attention to myself if @azcentral & @krismayes hadn’t defamed me. /3

Who in @krismayes administration is spreading lies? Will he be willing to lie under oath - either when deposed or on the stand?

2) @robertanglen made no attempts to contact me (contact info on Linked In)
3) I headed the CIVIL side of EIU & never participated in ANY criminal investigations. Image

How did @azcentral get a quote from @krismayes "confirming" I was "ousted" when @yvonnewingett received the exact opposite information today? No doubt because she is a MUCH better reporter than Bobby.
