#DelhiHighCourt to hear plea concerning 108 vacant positions of Public Prosecutors in Delhi.
Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a status report has been filed in the matter. He informs the bench that right from the top, the Director's post is vacant and only 42 Public Prosecutors are there and 108 are vacant.
Senior Counsel for the petitioner further submits that this is despite the continuous orders of the Court.
Advocate Gautam Narayan appearing for the respondents submits that the status report shall be considered entirely, we have taken steps.

Petitioner: They have notified the elections but we have two other prayers. First, the nominated members should not be allowed to go for election and secondly, the election for Mayor, Deputy Mayor and standing committee should be held separately.
