🚨🧵 Public Records show Rachel Levine discussing potential revenue and ROI associated with having a Gender Clinic Social Worker.

These emails from 12/2018 are between Levine and Rollyn M. Ornstein, MD.

Rollyn was affiliated with Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital.

Rollyn:

“I am trying to convince the administration about the need for a MSW position specific for the imminent Gender clinic, I am trying to put together a presentation re: potential revenue, including downstream.”

Levine:

“You should be able to fund a MSW for evaluation and therapy for pediatric and adolescent patients in a program such as you do for the ED program and is done at CHOP. Pre surgical consult for patients under 18 will most likely be limited to FTM Top surgery...”

Rollyn: “I am trying to give them some numbers to help them realize the eventual ROI for this necessary position. Even if the patients under 18 who go for surgery might be limited, the patients we start with will eventually be over 18…so I still think it’s worthwhile.”

Pediatric Gender Clinics may employ a social worker to help secure insurance coverage for gender dysphoric minors seeking surgical interventions, such as a double mastectomy. The CHOP Gender clinic describes the role of a gender clinic social worker in their 2021 report.

Penn State Health launched a Pediatric Gender Clinic in 2019.

The clinics coordinator is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

The Penn State Gender Health Clinic offers puberty blockers, permanent hormone therapy, and surgical referrals (which are sometimes in network).

🧵 Public records show a @CBSDSchools guidance counselor helping an English teacher promote Gender inclusive pronouns in the classroom.

The teacher writes,“In my lesson/materials, I explain that language changes..and what the singular “they” is/how to use it.” #NSCW23

The counselor shares a personal ‘they’ pronoun story.

“I turned to my son and said, “did you see her sweater?” when really the “she” part was a complete assumption. I later corrected myself with my son and said, “I think I should have said ‘they’ when I referred to that person.”

She then writes,

“We did specifically talk about the term ‘gender neutral’ and how that can be somewhat problematic to people in the trans community, particularly those who identify as nonbinary.”

The “Rainbow Room” is a LGBTQ+ sex ed club for youth and adults, ages 12 to 21. They advertised a “Sexuality and Slang” night on their social media with this explicit imagery and the promise of pizza and cake.

@SenSantarsiero is a supporter and recently secured them $630,000.

This social media post included these lists of “favorite slang terms for penis” and “A Pocket Guide to Vaginal Euphemisms.”

Another post shows a poster that states,

“Confidentiality: What is said here, stays here.”

And

“Once in...stay in.”

This performance took place at “Queer Prom” an event for 13 to 21-year-olds.

This was hosted by “The Rainbow Room,” an LGBTQ+ youth club sponsored by Planned Parenthood.

Democrat state senator, Steve Santarsiero, co-sponsored the event.

Attendees of the Queer Prom received swag bags that included tarot cards, condoms, lubricant, and latex dams.

This event was for 13 to 21-year-olds.

Alumni of “The Rainbow Room” were also invited to attend.

“Most transgender women would choose to have female physiological experiences.”
