‼️LEAKED "NON-PAPER" OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

By popular demand, I am going to show you one of the paper. This is being circulated among diplomatic representations by the Russians. There is nothing terribly secret except the level of cope. Surprisingly there is no logo, but...
... it is absolutely authentic. The goal is to slander the West and Washington in particular by mentioning "many experts" but no name, no reference.
One needs to read between the lines, in short they are in deep sh***t. I am adding a few comments with each page... READY?...

Was a Russian General mudered⁉️

Originally, this unit, which wrote an appeal for mistreatment by the DPR commanders, was likely under the command of major general Dmitry Ulyanov (a tatar) reported killed 5 days ago.
However, it seems there is a new twist to this story...
The details about General Ulyanov's death are murky. Now a Russian source claims he was assassinated by DPR soldiers. Ulyanov was sent to Avdiivka to take the city with the Tatarstan and the DPR soldiers. However, he mistreated the "locals". This ...
