Hi $DUTV Team. As I have stated in the past,when I am not tweeting updates, that 95% of the time means I am very busy in meetings with interested customers.We continue to receive global interest around the world in our many #modular solutions to #climate and food shortage issues.

As an example, we have a sales representative who has been meeting every other month with numerous officials in #India tied to the government. He is building a very strong interest. He was there again just last week and I participated via zoom calls with some of their meetings.

It appears the Country of #India ALONE is spending approximately $20 Billion dollars per year helping their farmers purchase high priced petroleum fertilizer! Our Easy FEN and the #Terreplenish microbial fertilizer produced locally from waste food will be a bull’s eye solution.

We are also discovering that part of the reason for the food shortage in Somalia and other African countries is that there are restrictions on world governments helping them financially buy petroleum based fertilizers.The reason is that the fertilizer could be used to make bombs!

Our #Terreplennish Liquid Microbial fertilizer is fully organic and cannot be used for bombs. We have had multiple meetings with African Agronomists and we are now sending over and working with their testing and proving our product on their various soil types and different crops.

It is our believe that in a couple of months, once they see the same dramatic difference in crop yield that we have seen by our other users, the flood gates of demand will open for both Terreplenish and our EasyFEN module that makes this exciting product in their local villages.

We are in the process of reaching out in parallel with this testing to the Gates Foundation, The World Bank and US AID to partner with us financially in providing what we believe is the solution for World Hunger.

On another note, the interest in our Auto Segmentation Technology is also growing quickly. The reason is that our patented technology can take waste bio mass, waste saw mill wood, wood construction waste , paper waste, dead trees causing forest fires,

and convert it all into low to negative carbon cheap green electricity. For years, the world has tried to convince us that incinerating these materials in “high priced burning barrels” to simply produce steam to make electricity was safe and “renewable.” THIS WAS FALSE!

They collectively emit hundreds of millions of tons of CO2 and harmful cancer chemicals into the air! On the other hand, our Easy Auto Segmentation captures most all of this while sequestering up to 50,000 tons per year EACH, while creating many valuable locally needed products.

As an example, for most all of the sugar cane in the world, they squeeze out the sugar and simply burn what is left in one of the “high priced burning barrels” described above. Some countries, FINALLY realizing this, are even threatening to make the practice illegal.

Thus, over the last couple of months, we have been receiving strong interest in our technology from leaders of the sugar cane industry - on multiple continents. The plan is to place an Easy FEN immediately after their sugar squeezing process.

From the remaining plant juices, the Easy FEN will first create large amounts of our Liquid Microbial Terreplenish fertilizer.We then will take what is left, run it on through the patented Modular Easy Auto Segmentation System and produce low to negative carbon clean electricity

along with many other much needed value added products. Thus, whenever you hear the words on the news, “Low to Negative Carbon Electricity”, be thinking to yourself…they really just need to install a bunch of “YOUR” DUTV/ Easy Energy Modular Auto Segmentation Systems.

Finally,I hear you loud and clear and in addition to all of the above, I am trying to complete the planned merger as quickly as I can. I had multiple meetings again this week with accountants and attorneys. The issue is to complete it in a fashion that minimizes tax consequences.

I think we now have it figured out. As Easy Energy Systems, Inc. has been an S Corporation, 96 percent owned and funded by myself with over 13 million of my own cash invested, doing it it wrong (my accountants are saying) would have meant an up to $15 million dollar tax bill!

I have two more calls scheduled this week to double CONFIRM we now have it indeed structured correctly to properly and LEGALLY avoid this $15 million dollar tax bill. We can then finish papering it and sign.
