your prejudices. This will be to your detriment as an organization. That you are a such a closed system means that you will not have sufficient information about your environment to adjust to changes and challenges. Like any other closed system, you will eventually collapse into
stasis unable to respond to the ever-changing environment in which you operate. Inertia will slow you down and render you incapable of adjusting to the external exigencies of the world around you.
Your methods & #medicines will be inadequate, keeping you from serving your patients the best care possible. Your tactic of removing an individual by force who shares information that will be helpful to you but whom you are closed off to (to literally pull him out of the meeting)
was terribly bad form!
It will lead to a public relations nightmare for the foundation. Your reputation and your relationship with your diverse stakeholders is today in the process of being seriously damaged.

I had no idea who you were, but I became aware of this travesty today via TWITTER--one day after your event. Your behavior goes against the values and practices upon which our country was formed and which we still seek to manifest.
Word of this will go around the world. Indeed, it's already spreading like wild fire on social media. You may think you have the right to act in this way, but the majority of citizens (your stakeholders) will regard you with contempt.
