1. Saturday's action in Donetsk started with Russia #Wagner PMC taking #Yahidne north of Bakhmut as the weather signaled time's running out on Russia's winter offense. The battlefield success was short-lived as #Ukraine beat back Russian
2. assaults by blowing a dam north of #Bakhmut flooding the Russian line of advance and complicated Russia's already taxed logistics.
Link to video of the resulting flood.
3. Further south in Vuhledar, the surviving redeployed Russian forces from the #Mariupol #GLSDB attack were thrown headlong into a suicide attack on #Vuhledar with predictable results.
4. Link to drone video of the smoking wrecks of Russian armored vehicles and Russian infantry in retreat south of Vuhledar. video.twimg.com/ext_tw_video/1…

1. Since I saw Scott Perry's involvement and looked at his background, I considered him the likely commander of the military force that was to be used to effect Mike Flynn's planned military coup. IMO the attack on the Capitol was just the pretext. So I've considered
2. the litigation over Perry's phone more than just important, to me it's critical to our need to expose the crime of levying war treason that carries life in prison that means people charged with it would be likely denied bail pending trial.
3. In my view we have not seen grand jury subpoenas for #45, Flynn, Perry, Taylor-Greene, Gaetz, Gossar, Jordan, etc., because they're targets & targets aren't generally called to a grand jury.

Friday, @kyledcheney @politico dropped Chief Judge Howell's redacted order that is

1. China's state controlled media announced that Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko will make a state visit to China in three days. Such short notice tells me something may be up.
2. The only thing that Lukashenko has to offer is Potash. China is the second largest producer but still can't meet domestic demand. With the apparent PLA plan to see China suffer sanctions Xi might be firming investingnews.com/daily/resource…
3. his relation to insure steady supply. Also, if Xi does not give Putin the weapons he's requesting, Russia may cease to be a dependable source. This can be due to Putin's erratic behavior but also due to factors related to western sanctions that my reduce Russian

1. I think @Mike_Pence's claim to have become a member of the Congress related to the plotting of the coup, is an admission and estops him from later denying that fact. Therefore, under the 14th Amendment, he can be disqualified from ever holding a future office.
2. That would not apply to a VP but he claims to be a member of Congress. I think he's had very bad lawyers who couldn't think far enough ahead to win a draw at Tic-Tac-Toe let alone win at Checkers. Chess is totally beyond their ken. His only hope is to testify fully and stop
3. pretending things that never happened. Art. I Speech and Debate applies to Senators and Members of the House. Why pretend to be something you're not when it may make it impossible to hold public office? And based on the speed that the DC Cir has reviewed Scott Perry's phone

1. I've been watching the reporting including disinformation regarding #Moldova, #Transnistria and in particular #CobasnaAmmoDepot. I've seen reports that a detonation at Cobasna could be like a small nuke. So I looked at the satellite photo. Rough count about 40
2. warehouse structures ranging up to 13,000sq ft. None appear to be protected by revetments. For comparison, our newest Costco is about 161,000 sq ft or 12 times larger than the largest warehouses in #Cobasna depot. Most are much smaller.
3. The total land area is about 1 sq km. We've got ammo depots much larger than that on this island. Cobasna's ammo is reported to be out of date. If still usable is not likely to be the massive cache of ammo reported and its detonation is unlikely to be similar to small nuke.

1. It appears Jack Smith is seeking testimony for specific things that Pence could have provided but won't. If I'm correct it says Smith doesn't want to delay charging by engaging in a long motions practice to compel his testimony and it also may mean that Pence will be charged.
2. What the call with #45 that Ivanka overheard may have included were words to the effect that Pence agreed to do it and backed out. If Pence said something like, "I changed my mind" he's admitted he was part of the conspiracy. But like the driver in a bank heist
3. who gets cold feet and drives off, until he makes a full and "noisy" withdrawal from the conspiracy he is liable for everything that comes after he drove off and remains fully responsible for all crimes committed before the noisy withdrawal that Pence has never actually done.

1. Other than another terror attack in Kherson killing more civilians the only action of consequence today was the apparent entry of long-range deadly-accurate Ground Launched Small Diameter Bombs (GLSDB) that took out Russian forces preparing to be deployed from near Mariupol.
2. GLSDB's reported 93 mile range has put almost all of Russian supply lines at risk of destruction. I found Prigozhin' s clownish pleas for more ammunition today oddly on point because every Russian commander is now likely halting offensive operations to redeploy
3. the remaining ordinance before the Ukrainians sniff it out and destroy it. There are few areas of Donetsk and almost nowhere in Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia or Kherson where Russian ammunition fuel and command and control centers, are safe from Ukrainian GLSDB attack.
