Buyer's lawyer (he pronounces it Boo-yer) - They have no facts. There was no material non public info that traded hands. Mr Buyer is about public service
Buyer's lawyer got out in front of his slides, now synchs to say, Buyer worked on Veterans issues. The prosecutors had their minds made up. Now he's 700 miles away from home, on trial. [Buyer waves, as his lawyer mis-says he represented Alabama]
Buyer's lawyer: Tony Russo told the FBI he couldn't confirm telling Steve about the [#TMobile] merger. He signed the non disclosure on April 18, after he stopped trading.

Glencore pled guilty to anti-bribery provisions of FCPA. Judge Schofield accepts corrected plea agreement, says max sentence is $630 million fine.
Judge Schofield: This was a scheme to pay $100 million in bribes. "The defendant has no criminal history" - but 2012 bribery by Rotterdam subsidiary. Glencore getting credit for "cooperating with the government."

Q: What is the ratio of inmates to staff?
A: In each unit, 25 inmates to 7 staff on the floor.
Q: How many hours a day in the cell?
A: 22 to 23 hours a day.
Defense Exhibit 17 is shown: concrete bed and shelf, thin window.
The cell has a cigarette lighter; witness says "we no longer sell tobacco and that has been deactivated."
A: The window is 5 by 38 inches. They can use the toilet when they want but we limit the number of flushes. And not only to conserve water.
