Let's take one Council alone - Swindon. Totally captured by gender ideology. Rewriting *our* language; undermining science; gaslighting our children who are in their care; the vulnerable few will step onto a pathway of irreversible damage...
They're teaching this restrictive regressive unscientific nonsense to our kids.
"Women-ness Man-ness". It's soooooo patronising, regressive, stereotyping, sexist, vacuous, demeaning. What is is woman-ness? Man-ness? @SwindonCouncil
Gender galaxy... If someone can bear to look - please add to the thread...
See the use of 'fear' here. Reality is fearful. The gaslighting is off the scale.
This is actually appalling. *Encourage* kids into these new gender identities and *then tell them how appalling it will be ... *
Swindon Council telling our kids not to orientate themselves in this world and around other people by looking at them...
Swindon Council in full flight of fantastical fantasy
The 'Gender Binary' - Reality is a system of oppression.
Swindon Council teaches kids about 'women-ness and man-ness' and then has the audacity to take a pop at gender stereotypes. Their entire programme is propped up by gender stereotypes.
Who wants to take a look at what Swindon Council is linking to?
Swindon Council says that most of us are "agender" - got that? I think Stonewall would say this is transphobic because it claims that *everyone* has a gender identity. (Activists can't agree amongst themselves - yet this nonsense made up on the fly is taught to our kids)
Gender Creative and Gender Independent - if your kid is normal they must just be trans - if so, see Gender Affirming Surgery.
Are you gender fluid or gender queer?
Are you gender fluid, gender queer, or gender variant?
Moving on to the sexually explicit material; this is where RSE teaching has to my mind gone totally wrong. Some things are private. Pushing past innate human boundaries around privacy is transgressive and damaging. I've reached the point I want RSE out of schools.
What kind of world do these people want us to live in? What's the benefit in eroding boundaries? It's corrosive of a sense of dignity, self-respect.
I don't think parents consented to this kind of open discussion in classrooms. What about the introverted shy kids? What about the religious kids? A full exposure and enquiry into what schools and councils are promoting as appropriate for RSE & PSHE is needed.
Swindon Borough Council collects bins, manages parks, and teaches residents how to 'french kiss'
I don't like this casual normalisation of filming sex by a local borough council. Call me old-fashioned.
This is meant to be clear sane sensible teaching about consent and boundaries for young people - but mixing in this stuff about "heterosexist virginity myths" makes it totally befuddling.
I thought I knew what oral sex is - but it seems not. Is this Swindon Council pushing kids boundaries... further? Who benefits?
Put this next to your notice about bin collection days and recycling. Thanks Swindon!
This is interesting & worth bookmarking from gender activist Ellie Gomersall on the Scottish ‘gender bill’. The bill would make Ellie’s life ‘a bit easier’ - by the end of the article, only ‘that little bit easier’. ‘Only that little bit easier for … 🧵
… a very tiny number of people, is not worth undermining of the basis of our law & data management in truth; undermining the basis of our society in science as activists attempt to insist that sex is not binary; the undermining of free speech & freedom of conscience as …
… activists insist that other people recognise their gender identity & pronouns; undermining of our serious collective responsibility for safeguarding as adults have affirmed vulnerable children, who would have desisted, onto pathways of affirmation and irreversible damage …
This is insane. What weird climate of fear exists within our civil service that allows this to be signed off? Time for a full enquiry into the capture of our public sector by Stonewall & other gender ideologues. 🧵
This is a policy promoted by Stonewall, but I really imagined it was the far end of their madness, like probably even they treated it as a sort of joke - let's see if anyone falls for... And bingo! dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1…
Here it is, in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index 2023:
The undermining of our language, our rights, and the law is entering a new phase? See Royal Borough of Greenwich's public, overt, mis-stating of the law so that sex *in the Equality Act* means gender; gender reassignment means gender identity (Stonewall champion). @legalfeminist
Sex is *completely gone* from their example 'Equality statement and monitoring questions' - and 'gender identity' replaces 'gender re-assignment'. Notice that your sex was only assigned at birth anyway.
Clear understanding of sexual orientation is on its way out.
I’ve come to register my beloved aunt’s death. At Bognor Regis b/c ‘no appts available’ more local to her. And this is it. Where we register our end. A business park. Come on everyone! Let’s do better. @createstreets
It’s next to Storage Mart. Let’s commit to retaining one small dignified red brick place, its design registering a past & a future, nodding to beauty, humanity, the passage of life & time, in every small town. @createstreets
Oh grim - here’s the doorway to the registry office where you register your loved one’s passing.
Penny Mordaunt was a 'Stonewall LGBT Ally' in 2018. In fairness to her, how many of us were awake to the harms of gender ideology in 2018? Perhaps we would have been, and she should have been, more awake, if the Minister responsible?
This phrase here, 'homophobic, biphobic, transphobic bullying' - should have been subject to greater scrutiny. Really? This was the front-end of the GEO, under Mordaunt, funding materials that openly, I would say aggressively, promote gender ideology into schools.
Oh no - here was the start of the still ongoing 'Conversion Therapy Ban' push that has come *very close* to eroding the ability of responsible therapists to challenge vulnerable youngsters who have become convinced they were born in the wrong body.
Now @BBC has used Global Butterflies for training! An organisation which actively seeks to undermine the most elementary ways in which we communicate & to impose its own incoherent bossy gaslighting world view on the rest of us. See below. @SpeechUnion telegraph.co.uk/news/2022/06/1…
Stop using he and she in case the person you are with is non-binary or something. Permanently! (Unless you establish their gender identity I think...)
"It's easy to see how this could be seen as a
calculated barb" - oh stop!
