Disappointing to see Cowen stopping coverage of MSOs. In a lonely landscape, more coverage is better. We’re reaching out to these operators to see if we can help with our services at @WTR_Research. 1/3
Most #cannabis#ETFs use Cowen as at least one of their counterparties and sounds like they will be transitioning to new relationships. I’ll let them share their plans, but interruptions are not expected. $MSOS $PSDN $MJUS $WEED 2/3
My understanding is that $MSOS already has a backup with Nomura and may add another counterparty. Interestingly, $MSOX can stay with Cowen as it is a swap providing exposure to $MSOS, which is on the NYSE. As always, please correct me if any of my early reads are inaccurate. 3/3
Update: @roundhill does not use Cowen for $WEED, they use Nomura.

For investors, we provide open access to information and content to anchor their investment due diligence process. I’ll be building on what I have been sharing on Green Giants and it will be complimentary for all investors. (3/6) watertowerresearch.com/pages/about_us…
I recently met with a large pre-roll manufacturer in California. I think of pre-rolls like hot dogs—they are made with leftover parts. I was not too far off, here are 3 things I learned. (1/4)
The material they use is what you might find in the bottom of pound bags…think smalls, shake, and dust. They grind this all up, sort out the stems, and have 280 minimum-wage workers in a warehouse in LA fill the cones. (2/4)
If the strain is supposed to be Gelato, they might use 75% Gelato and 25% other similar strains…Sunset Sherbert, Runtz, etc. Sometimes they actually use 100% of the strain on the packaging, but not always. (3/4)
It was a beautiful Friday afternoon for the Glass House Brands Investors Sesh 2022 Below are a few pictures and notes from the meeting. Thank you @grahamfarrar and @kylekazanceo for hosting an excellent event. I look forward to next year! $GLASF
We began by covering some corporate details and votes, then transitioned into a Q&A session. Here are some highlights.
1.Their Camarillo greenhouse complex is bigger than all of Trulieve’s and Harvest’s cultivation combined.
2.Current per/pound costs average is $177 for the whole year, Q1 is the highest at $239 (less light), and $100 is the goal.
