Let's talk today about the first 🇺🇦 coastal missile complex RK-360 MC "NEPTUNE". This complex can be called the best representative of the🇺🇦missile program. In 2022, this complex became a "game-changing weapon"

Thanks to it, 🇺🇦 able to partially overcome the dominance of the 🇷🇺 Black Sea Fleet in the Black Sea.
The R-360 "Neptune" missile is a🇺🇦anti-ship cruise missile. It was developed by the Kyiv-based design bureau "Luch".
The missile is designed to destroy ships with a displacement of up to 5,000 tons and has a 150 kg warhead.
The missile has a range of up to 280 km (some sources claim 300 km), and the seeker head has a field of view of ± 60° (compared to Harpoon's 50°).
It has a subsonic speed (900 km/h) and flies at very low altitudes (a few meters above sea level) and can maneuver during flight.
Development took place from 2010 to 2020, and the missile was adopted into service on August 23, 2020.
Development
2010 🇺🇦began to develop an anti-ship missile, but at that time such projects were considered inappropriate for the state, in particular, due to the lack of funds for defense needs.
After Russia's seizure of 🇺🇦Crimea, the🇺🇦Navy lost its main ship fleet, as well as the "Rubizh" coastal missile complexes.
This endangered🇺🇦(a possible landing on the territory of🇺🇦, blockade of the Black Sea) due to the lack of forces to fight with the Black Sea Fleet of 🇷🇺
In September 2015, the appearance of a new anti-ship cruise missile as a key element of the Neptune anti-ship missile complex was demonstrated for the first time at the "Arms and Security-2015" exhibition
In Spring 2016, the first flight samples of the cruise missile were produced. From the outside, the missile is similar to the Soviet anti-ship missile Kh-35
In 2016, it was announced about the probable development of three modifications: ship-based, land-based, and air-based.
Trial
On January 30, 2018, the first successful flight tests of the Neptune cruise missile took place
On August 17, 2018, another stage of tests of the🇺🇦cruise missile took place in the south of #Odesa region
On December 5, 2018, tests of🇺🇦-made missiles took place on the Black Sea coast, in particular, the ability to hit water targets "Neptun" anti-missile missile was tested. Neptune anti-ship missiles successfully hit a target at a distance of 280 km during these tests.
Rocket Complex RK-360 MC "NEPTUN"
Developed: 2018
In service: 2020
It should have been based on the🇺🇦KrAZ-7634НЕ, but due to negative results and low reliability, it started to be based on the 🇨🇿Tatra 815-7
The complex should include 6 USPU-360 launchers with a total of 24 R-360 missiles, 1 RCP-360 command post, 6 TZM-360 and 6 TM-360. The divizion also includes a multifunctional lighting station of the marine installation "Mineral-U"
Battle way
🇷🇺-🇺🇦 war (2022)
Many believe that the first combat use of the R-360 missile took place when the flagship of the Black Sea Fleet missile cruiser "Moskva" was sunk, but this is not so
in the first days of the war, the🇺🇦Navy launched two missiles towards the south of the #Odesa region because🇷🇺ship tried to land an assault in the area of #Mykolaiv although two missiles did not reach their targets and were shot down, but this forced🇷🇺to withdraw their🚢from🇺🇦
from the night of April 13 to 14, 2022, the cruiser "Moskva", known to all of us, was hit by two🇺🇦R-360 missiles, and due to the rupture of the ammunition on it, the cruiser sank near the Snake Island #Odesa region.
( 45°10'43.39″N, 30°55'30.54″E )
According to the commander of the Navy of the🇺🇦 Armed Forces, Rear Admiral Neizhpapa, in order to sink such a ship, it is necessary to use 6 such missiles, but🇺🇦's luck and good missile guidance helped to hit critical places in the ship, which led to the sinking of the cruiser.
In summary,"Neptun" is the initial stage in the🇺🇦missile program and can serve as an example for future more modern means of attack, in particular long-range cruise missiles, as well as ground-based ballistic systems that🇺🇦is asking Western partners for.
Thank you for your attention!
I am waiting for questions!

Two crews received us from the chief of staff, Captain Kovalev, on two dates. We were given the task of repelling ours, as ours began to sag. They began to surround us. I was the task. But the crew and the crew.
Senior Lieutenant Omelchenko had to enter the territory of this settlement and, having worked as the militants were assigned, only four houses remained on the right side of the street.
So, let's begin our research of the 2S22 "Bogdana" artillery
