Those 9 abstract art pieces are AI generated each by a custom model, which is only a few kB in size.

2/n Within the 16 kB space available for on-chain NFTs, one can then not only put the image file, but the whole AI code and model - you can generate arbitrarily many variations yourself with the NFT!
Or cycle through an infinite loop of variations like in this example.
3/n The first NFT collection with full AI code and model on-chain is beta.fxy.re/collection?id=…
which is limited to only 99 pieces for holders of Rorschach Algorithm Beasts, Butterflies and Squiggles. 👾🦋👀

The pieces in this collection are trained on the holders NFTs.
4/n A small set of 5 special 1:1 pieces generated using this method will be part of the Cardano Art Collective Mega Drop on March 10th!

🧵1/n🇨🇭Switzerland-like direct democracy for Cardano? A thread why I think this is a good model - and what's the catch, for now.

Quite a few of us are unhappy about the representative model used in CIP-1694. Is direct democracy a good alternative? Yes and no.

2/n Direct democracy is sometimes understood as everyone can vote on everything. This sounds good but has obvious drawbacks in L1 context which can lead to chain congestion.

What is even worse, it can be a time consuming task, leading to low voter participation.
3/n Danger is manipulation and voting results not representing the population. A quorum can be used to counter this effect, but if it's too high, it can render the system unable to make a decision and therefore useless.

How it it done in real direct democracies like 🇨🇭?
