The Insider brings new elements about this order. The media publishes invoices that show that it was carried out through ten companies linked, by public contracts, to the municipality of St. Petersburg.

However, among these companies, two have acknowledged by phone that the products collected from Auchan were intended for Russian fighters on the front. Le Monde was able to consult these recordings.

The article recalls that the emails obtained by Le Monde and The Insider had been stamped "humanitarian aid", a term used in Russia for collections intended for both the military front and civilians, by the employees of Auchan themselves.
