The court has upheld the order of the ACMM is upheld who had ordered an FIR to be registered against the three under Sections 67 and 67A of IT Act.
The case relates to an episode 5 of Season 1 of the show. The episode was titled ‘Happily fucked up’.
A complaint was filed alleging that in the said episode, the vulgar and obscene language was used by Apoorva Arora.
The complainant said that not only is the title of the episode vulgar but it also shows indecent representation or obscene portrayal of girls or women in worst form.
Justice Sharma said that in the name of individual freedom, such language cannot be permitted to be served to the general public and be represented to the
world at large as if this is the language that this country and youth in educational institutions speaks.

[Manish Sisodia remand] Delhi Court asks CBI to complete all confrontation exercises and Sisodia's examination and interrogation in the two days custody granted.
"...it is desired that during this period, the IO shall complete all the above confrontation exercise and also the examination and interrogation of the accused for the above said purposes," the court has said.
In his order, Special CBI judge MK Nagpal noted that he is extending Sisodia's remand because he is yet to be confronted with two material witnesses and one important file pertaining to Cabinet note prepared in respect to excise policy is also yet to be traced out.
They are asking the same questions again and again. It is mental harassment.
