Chances Conceded Thread - Gameweek 27

Hello! We are back with yet another Chances Conceded Thread and it's time for some Doubles!

Do RT if you like it ♻

Let's start with BHA vs CRY & LEE:

Which Brighton midfielder do the positional gods favour?

Read on to find out 👇

#FPL
Both Palace and Leeds have conceded most chances from their left flank!

While the stats might not favor anyone specifically between March, Mitoma, and Mac Allister.

The positional weakness certainly favors Solly March.

The real question is - Is it enough to captain him?
BOU vs LIV:

Salah non-owners look away! It might be another painful week 🥶

Bournemouth have conceded a mammoth 115 chances down their right flank!

Trent might get something as well!
MUN vs SOU:

Southampton have been quite vulnerable down their right flank.

Maverick managers, this one's for you.

Rashford is a great captain option this week!
BRE vs EVE & SOU:

The most owned Brentford asset - Ivan Toney doesn't directly benefit from the opposition's weakness.

However, he is always a threat against any defense.

Watch out for Rico Henry as well, as both oppositions have a weakness down their right flank 👀
FUL vs ARS:

Get ready for some bench points in this one!

Fulham have conceded 109 chances down their centre!

The likes of Odegaard and Martinelli could do serious damage to a Palhinha less Fulham.
CRY vs MCI:

Crystal Palace have conceded most chances through their left flank!

Who will operate on the right flank for Man City?

Mahrez? Foden? Bernardo?
LEI vs CHE:

Both Leicester and Chelsea have conceded chances from almost all over the pitch!

Chelsea wingbacks - Chilwell and Reece James are interesting picks in this one 😍

For Leicester, Maddison is the one to keep an eye on.
CRY vs MCI & BHA:

Crystal Palace assets are a complete avoid from a FPL point of view.
LEE vs BHA:

Harrison and Gnonto could spoil Brighton's clean sheet chances (which of course will be devastating) as Brighton are vulnerable through the flanks.
WHU vs AVL:

Both West Ham and Aston Villa have conceded chances from almost all over the pitch!

Players who could do well - Watkins, Buendia, Bowen.
TOT vs NFO:

Kane owners should be hopeful in this one as Nottingham Forest have conceded chances from their centre and left flank!
SOU vs MUN & BRE:

Southampton assets are also an avoid from FPL point of view.

However, James Ward Prowse could be an interesting punt!
NEW vs WOL:

Those benching Trippier should be fearful of the fact that Wolves have conceded 103 chances down their left flank!
EVE vs BRE:

Does anyone own any assets from Everton?

Avoid.

Fantasypaedia contributor - @FPL_Architect is back with his weekly thread!

In this thread, he will be focusing on the biggest dilemma for the FPL managers this week...

Who to Captain?

🧵👇

RT if you like it ♻

Option 1: Ivan Toney – BRE
Fixtures: eve, sou

Toney has 15 goals and 3 assists this season, takes penalties, has decent underlying stats & is the talisman for his team, so it’s no surprise that he’s a standout captaincy option in a DGW with games against Everton and Southampton.
Compared to Brighton midfielders though, Toney obviously gets 1 point less per goal and no clean sheet point, which should be factored in. Despite that, he’s of course a great option this week, with 2 games in which he could easily end up scoring 2-3 goals in total.

Chances Conceded Thread - Gameweek 26

Hello! We are back with yet another Chances Conceded Thread.

Please RT if you like it ♻️

Let's start with ARS vs BOU:

Bournemouth have conceded 106 chances down their left flank!

Anyone fancy Saka captaincy?

#FPL #GW26
LIV vs MUN:

Liverpool have conceded chances from almost all over the pitch - more so from the centre.

Rashford if plays through the middle, can really spoil Liverpool's clean-sheet chances.

For Liverpool, a good week to hold Salah and Darwin we think!
BHA vs WHU:

West Ham have conceded chances from all over the pitch!

All Brighton players could do well in this one.

However, March could benefit the most from West Ham's positional weakness!

Fantasypaedia contributor @FPL_Architect is back with his weekly thread!

In this thread, he will be focusing on some players who are getting overlooked because of blanks & doubles and have a decent run of fixtures from GW26 to GW28.

🦊James Maddison (8.1m) – Leicester

Fixtures GW 26-28: sou, CHE, bre

We’re awaiting a definite fitness update on Maddison, but it looks likely that he’ll be ready in time for GW 26, and if so he becomes a great pick. He’s only owned by 4.5% and with great fixtures coming up...
…he’s a decent differential. Good fixtures in GW 26-27, plays in GW 28, and has a DGW in GW 29 as well. Maddison averages an attacking return every 97 mins this season, and he has haul potential in any game. Could see him outscoring Arsenal or even Brighton mids going forward.

Man City new boy Erling Haaland arrives to the English shores with a burgeoning reputation.

But can he adapt to Pep’s tactics and how will his arrival affect the rest of the City players?

Fantasypaedia contributor @HarshalPatel93 dives deeper in this thread👇

#ManCity #Haaland Image
Haaland has been one of the deadliest strikers in the world for the last few years, outperforming his xG every single season in the Bundesliga with Dortmund, as this image from Understat reflects – Image
Haaland is among the top forwards for most attacking metrics in the last year, as can be seen from the comparison table taken from FBRef.

Note the high number of shots taken p90, as well as touches in the penalty area – he is a high-volume shooter and gets on the end of moves. Image

Why does Trent Alexander-Arnold get so many Bonus Points?

We explore why in the thread below ⏬

Do like and retweet if you find it useful people! ♻️

#LIV #FPL #FPLCommunity
Bonus point system (BPS) is a key part of FPL and it awards points for specific in-game actions which determine a player’s performance rank.

Players that excel at the Bonus points system attract more bonus points with a higher frequency.
Trent Alexander-Arnold has been one of the standout FPL assets this season with 2 goals, 8 assists and 9 clean sheets to his name.

He is ranked 1st among all players for Bonus Points (27) this season and ranks 2nd after Salah in the Bonus points system (BPS).
