2nd largest bank failure in US history.
CEO was on the board of the San Fran Federal Reserve Bank now fired.
Funded the #SiliconValleyOligarchs
Major player in venture funding & ESG shell games.

A lot of Chinese involvement in that bank too...
It is a key nexus of tech companies, hedge funds, crypto, woke banking & hostile foreign investment.
Looks like the insiders got to sell their stock before it collapsed though...
Lots of companies had their cash in SVB, that money isn't insured by FDIC!
Of course...

Looks like rapid inflation & interest rate increases put all of the Swampy banks at risk...

I've done a few threads in the past on Silicon Valley Bank.

Like when they gave a private equity fund manager $95M without verifying his information. Something they wouldn't do for customers taking routine loans.

Silicon Valley Bank is one of the 10 banks who got Epstein related subpoenas from the AG in the US Virgin Islands who was trying to find his sources of money.
I noted their Chairman working in China while serving on the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank board as something that seemed very Swampy.
I found it very odd that the private equity fund manager was indicted only 1 month after he borrowed the $95M from SVB.
He or the the bank had to been under investigation before the loan was made.
Looks like their venutre capitalist friends got out first...

But the bailout they wanted Friday morning didn't materialize.

Wonder how many Swamp creatures they will approach in an effort to get a bailout for their Chinese & Silicon Valley oligarchs?

It's looking more & more like this alleged email from the Green Beret that committed suicide outside Trump's hotel in Las Vegas is fake.

The people behind it seem to have used an FBI statement about another message he sent to convince us that FBI confirmed this email was real.
So either he was batshit crazy or the person who fake this email wanted to make him look batshit crazy.
It is possible that they want to use this incident to trick people into thinking their batshit crazy ideas were shared by Livelsberger.
This press conference is discussing a completely different email. But it has been used to convince people, including myself that it was referring to the email in these threads.

McKinsey's Deferred Prosecution Agreement requires them to cooperate with FBI & DOJ for the next 5 years.

If they fail to cooperate in any way, this deal becomes their confession & the criminal charges are revived against the company.

Debarment would mean that they would lose all their federal contracts & be prohibited from bidding on more for a certain number of years.

"Consulting" government agencies is one of their biggest businesses. But they also consult companies trying to evade the same govt. agencies!

In 2003, UnitedHealthcare & othe insurance companies convinced Congress & the Bush Admin to create Medicare Advantage claiming they could save the govt. money.
Instead they overbilled the US for more than a decade until the Obama Admin investigated.

yWhat may be the biggest part of the agreement, DOJ is referring Raytheon to DOD & other agencies to begin a review to determine if Raytheon or individuals involved should be suspended from government contracts & debarred from future contracts! Image
So in addition to the corruption & bribery, the risks of Raytheon committing crimes to conceal corruption related to arms sales to foreign governments is a major factor in this case.

Raytheon as a corporation has now flipped on their executives who made these decisions. Which means Raytheon can only survive as a business & defense contractor if it provides all the receipts for criminal prosecutions. Image
