Many of us agree that the NHS is not fit for purpose and needs replaced. What would you replace it with?
For starters, I would take most of the powers for running it away from government. Health Board/Trust members would have to stand for election in that area. There would be much less managers. More managerial power would be given to senior clinicians.
I would stop them shilling for big pharma. The woke nonsense would also be stopped So no diversity managers for starters. Medical Herbalists, Chiropractors and others would be hired.

I am so fucking furious that society ignores the fact that children are being sold, raped, tortured, killed and even eaten by the parasitic satanic predator "elites"! Horrific things are happening. Ignoring the problem won't make it go away. Speak out. Victims deserve justice.
Ignorance will lead to the downfall of humanity. Some things are so terrible that many refuse to believe what is really happening. Brave people who risk everything by speaking out are often mocked and ridiculed.

Having lot's of money in the bank right now isn't a good idea. Especially with the way the economy is heading. Buy some gold and silver. Get a safe for your home and put cash in that. Consider joining a credit union.
Bitcoin is also an option. But I don't know enough to give advice on that.
I'm not rich. But for the past 3 years I have been spending spare cash I have on gold and silver. I have more silver than good. I decided to buy silver coins, instead of bars. They are more affordable and will be good for bartering.
