Let me share the analysis I did for the group this week to prepare us for the breakout.

Earlier this week I shared that we were tracking the box from Oct 2021 and that the group and I were looking for 3880 to hold and for us to see a move into 4020.

Here is what I shared with the group: First pic is 4hr Oct box. We were in a choppy 7 day 100 pt box while also creating a wedge. After one last HL at wedge support, price moved straight up, broke the box and went towards the next zone at 4360. 2nd Pic was 4hr chart yesterday.

After the eod bounce into close we were at the wedge resistance and I had shared with the group that later last night or this morning we would know if we would pullback to test wedge support or breakout.

Now here are the hourly charts. Oct showed us that everytime

we got above the zone in the middle of the box, price would jump straight up. As some of you may know by know, these zones help us understand the bull/bear scenario (bullish above, bearish below). So then I shared the hourly chart of this weeks data.

That middle zone this time was 3920. I shared to the group that we had two scenarios at play. One was that we would reject from the top of this wedge, come down to 3880 area and then bounce to then break the box/wedge. What did we get today?

We ended up pulling back, however, it was only to 3900 vs 3880 before reversing and starting the breakout. Price then broke out of the wedge AND box without really pulling back. This analysis helped us have an AMAZING day. This helped the room be preprared and ready for what came
