County governments struggling to pay salaries, suppliers and provide services as they have not received any funds from Treasury since November 2022.

The Treasury owes counties Sh122 billion.

The delay has forced some counties to take bank overdrafts to keep running.
Devolution is the best defence against a bad President who is tribal and a liar and incompetent. By removing the Ministry which was the best avenue for Governors to work with the Central Government, Ruto wanted the Governors to beg for peanuts. DP told them GOK is broke.
