Since George Meza aka #RabbiPB is testifying for the defense in the Proud Boys trial, let's remember that on Jan 6 he watched the brutal attacks on the Columbus Doors. Here he is at 2:38 PM, 8s before the breach and 2s after. You can see his Israeli flag patch. 1/
In the morning, George Meza was at the Lot 7 rally, like the other Proud Boy defense witness Michale Graves (who opened for the convicted Stewart Rhodes). Here is Meza with Joshua Macias, arrested for bringing guns to a Philly vote-counting center. 2/
Most of the Lot 7 crowd decamped to the Capitol to join the insurrection and Meza was there early. Here he is at 2:17:31 PM and 2:18:02 PM. Like many Proud Boys, he tends to bail as the fight is heating up. Footage from Vinceableworld, 04:18 and 04:49. 2/

Meza is near the Columbus Doors for so long that he shows up in pretty much everyone's footage. Here he is at 2:25 PM, just 23 s after the first doors breach, in footage shot by then-WV-state-rep Derrick Evans (56:19). As usual, Meza is bailing out to a safe distance. 3/
Derrick Evans' FB livestream was released as part of his recent court case - he got 3 months for civil disorder. Meza didn't go inside, but he's arguably more culpable. The only Proud Boy he should be defending is himself. 4/

The Proud Boys trial today showed video of PBs coordinating with Alex Jones, likely this scene: Joe Biggs, ex-InfoWars reporter, says "Flank around this side...Alex is gonna [be] comin' in, and we all do our shit.." WaPo mistakenly says it's Nordean.. 1/
WaPo (@hsu_spencer) says it's Nordean who is speaking, but in the clip above it's clearly Biggs. Joe Biggs, one of the top 3 Proud Boys leaders on Jan 6, got his start working for Alex Jones. The InfoWars connection matters and needs careful reporting . 2/

Joe Biggs and Enrique Tarrio, two of the top Proud Boys leaders on Jan 6, were tied to Alex Jones (and Roger Stone) years before they were installed in the PBs. On Nov. 14, 2020, a week after the election, Jones and the Tarrio already were already marching together in DC. 3/

In the Proud Boys trial today you'll hear about ex-Marine Ronald Loehrke, a 'tool' of the Proud Boys - Nordean recruited him, wanted him "on the front lines". Loehrke is so central to the attack that he was the first to get a 'reel'. You can watch. 1/
Loehrke helped run the breach on the W. Plaza, then walked around the Capitol to breach on the East. His actions set off a massive manhunt by #SeditionHunters, though in the end he was there in Nordean's phone - see his 'arrest thread' from Dec. 2021. 2/
The night that Jan 6 was greenlit the Proud Boys leaders were awake & planning. 1:42 AM Dec. 19, Trump sent his "will be wild" Tweet. 3:55 AM Joe Biggs says they need better PBs: "We recruit losers who wanna drink. Let's get radical and get real men." Loehrke was the upgrade. 3/

It is shocking that @dailykos just laid off Brandi Buchman, the best live reporter in the seditious conspiracy trial of the Proud Boys, "tip of the spear" on Jan 6, America's brownshirts, acting on orders. US democracy might hinge on this verdict. Brandi will keep Tweeting.. 1/
The PB leaders on Jan 6 had long ties to Alex Jones and Roger Stone; were inserted into the Proud Boys for a reason. It's shocking that news organizations would lay off key reporters. Buchman will have a blog but this trial should be front page news. 2/
