Powerlifting-focused workout plan. It's a pretty good plan to start with. It didn't provide the number of weights for each exercise. I should have probably specified that in the initial prompt.

I asked #FitGPT to include portion sizes in the meal plan and the number of weights I need to lift when doing my workouts. He sends the ball back to me which is fair. I need to provide him what my current level is for the main powerlifting exercises

The plan is looking pretty good so far. I know that I will be following it for a while and eating the same things every day might get boring over time. I decided to ask FitGPT to add alternatives to the existing items 🍲
