HOMELESS ARSON SUSPECT CHARGED: King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged 31 year old Arthur Arakelov with 1st degree arson this afternoon. He's accused of torching nearly 60 boats on a dry storage rack in Lake Union earlier this week at 659 NE … twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
STICKY FINGERS: Arekelov has multiple convictions for burglaries, drugs, and possession of theft tools. Several people I talked to on the ground say he is well known in the homeless community and was a regular at the nearby encampments in and around Lake Union. #Seattle
