But, this was illicit profits frm money laundering US$ for @Kia_Worldwide, @Stellantis/@Peugeot & other vehicles.

1/5: Parents, did you know that feeding your children with income earned through illegal or unethical means can have negative consequences on their moral and ethical development? It's important to instill in them values of integrity, responsibility, & respect for the rule of law.
2/5: Such income is often considered impure and unacceptable in many cultures and societies. Teaching children to distinguish between right and wrong, and to earn their livelihood through honest and ethical means, is an important aspect of their upbringing.
3/5: Feeding children with income earned through illegal or unethical means can also lead to a culture of dishonesty and corruption.

2/5: At the same time, @SimeDarbyGroup's Vietnamese unit EAC was found to be creating fake invoices and evading tax. The Vietnamese Ministry of Finance accused the sole importer of @BMW cars of several violations.

1. 🧵 Football in Malaysia was rocked by a bribery and corruption scandal in 1994!

At that time, more than 100 players and coaches suspected of fixing the results of Malaysia Cup and Premier League matches were detained by the authorities for interrogation. Image
2. As a result, 58 of them were banned for one to four years by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM).

A total of 21 players and coaches were fired while several players were banned for life and not allowed to participate in FAM-organised competitions.
3. Many Malaysian fans blamed the scandal in 1994 as a catalyst for the downfall of Malaysian football.
