A Tyrannical Government would want to federalize the internet for the following TOP 3 reasons: #THREAD

1) Control: Federalizing the internet would them greater control over the flow of information and the ability to censor or restrict content that they deem to be a threat to their regime. This could help them suppress dissent and maintain your grip on power.
