1/ Meet neo-Nazi activist Jamie Ryan Troutman (aka James Ryan/AltRightVA/AltAntiochus/ seen here participating in the January 6th 2021 insurrection in Washington, DC. He is from Alexandria, Virginia but currently lives in the Harpers Ferry/Charles Town area of West Virginia.

2/ We promised a family affair, 33-year-old Jamie Troutman and his younger brother Brandon were obnoxious mainstays at numerous “Alt-Right" public appearances in the Washington vicinity. Brandon Troutman aka ManWithTheHand is getting his own comeuppance separately, stay tuned.

3/ Keeping to the family affair theme, at the January 6th, 2021 insurrection Jamie Ryan Troutman is joined by his wife Crystal Sabra Kingree Troutman. We don't know why @crystalkingree's Twitter account got suspended, but we can probably guess. She has been at this a while too.

7/ Several of Jamie Troutman's user names paid tribute to the Syrian king Antiochus IV whose attempts to eradicate Judaism have made him one of the historical villains of the Hanukkah traditions.

8/ Being mindful of accusations of excessively generous use of the term “Nazi,” let’s do a quick check to make sure it fits in the case of Jamie Ryan Troutman.

9/ Yup, Jamie Ryan Troutman aka AltRightVA/ James Ryan sure looks like a Nazi to us.

10/ Jamie Ryan Troutman has previously been identified by name in multiple media outlets in relation to his neo-Nazi activism. He appeared with face uncovered at events and used his real picture on social media.

11/ Jamie Troutman aka AltRIght VA was involved in regional groups including the Beltway Bigots & DC Stormers and rubbed shoulders with “movement leaders” like Richard Spencer & Michael Peinovich aka Mike Enoch, and neo-Confederate political candidate Corey Stewart.

12/ Forner KKK leader David Duke has long been the most identifiable face of the American white supremacist movement. Jamie Troutman boosted his content and was gleeful when the octogenarian Nazi followed him on Twitter.

15/ Jamie Troutman was involved in the first Unite the Right rally and torch march in Charlottesville in May 2017. This was a much smaller invitation only event and attendance indicates a certain connectedness and stature within the "movement."

16/ Jamie Ryan Troutman aka AltrightVA was a fixture at numerous regional rallies and protests including the “Free Speech Rally” in Washington, DC on June 25, 2017.

17/ The event was a deceptively named white nationalist and neo-Nazi rally featuring speakers like Richard Spencer and groups like Identity Evropa and Vanguard America.

18/ Jamie Ryan Troutman also repeatedly attempted to broker an alliance with the increasingly optics sensitive Proud Boys. While the Proud Boys officially distanced themselves from explicit Nazi and white supremacist associations, their rank and file members were less shy.

19/ Jamie Troutman was heavily involved in planning for the violent Unite the Right rally in August 2017 and his name appeared several times in the subsequent legal proceedings.

20/ Jamie Troutman returned to Charlottesville for the ill-advised and poorly attended Unite the Right 3.0. This event was basically a very sad flash mob attempt to further terrorize the community.

21/ The sad spectacle of a couple dozen die-hard Nazis singing “Dixie” on a rented bus seems a fitting memorialization of the sad, sputtering demise of the “Alt-Right” era incarnation of white nationalism and Nazism.

22/ But what does this have to do with music and the White Art Collective? An interesting bit of trivia is that, around the time of the Unite the Rally, White Art Collective founder Ben Arvin was living in Arlington, VA. Wanna guess who his roommate was?

23/ In a 2018 article about by WAC founder Ben Arvin, he mentioned an obscure song called “Deserae” by an equally obscure artist named “James Ryan.”

24/ The song itself proved elusive at first but the photo accompanying the now-deleted artist page on the White Art Collective website sure looked familiar.

36/ At the time of his dark spiral into Nazism, Jamie Ryan Troutman was establishing himself as a photographer specializing in real estate and architecture. Apparently believing himself beyond accountability, he used the same headshots for his professional and Nazi profiles!

37/ As a Nazi activist, Jamie Ryan Troutman was brazen with his public persona but in recent years has taken several steps to mask his identity. His Facebook profile gives his first name as "Johan" and misspells his surname as "Trautmann."

38/ His previous photo business is defunct but Stone Ridge Photography's website lists a "James" Troutman as CEO instead of Jamie. Along with real estate, the new company has added food & restaurant photography to its' services and claims @UberEats & @Grubhub as clients

39/ It appears that racist and antisemitic Nazi photographer Jamie Ryan Troutman's family business Troutman Custom Homes is still a big client as the website features numerous photos of Troutman Custom Homes properties.

40/ Jamie “James“ Troutman lists his new business as “Veteran” owned. Apparently, he signed up for the Army National Guard in 2018 as a “Horizontal Construction Engineer” and was “activated” In March of 2020 to serve in the “Coronavirus emergency response.”
