Oregon is purple - it’s a blue-ish purple sure, but the Legislature acts as if the majority party represents 90% of the voters in this state. They do not.

▶️ 3,003,625 voters in Oregon
▶️ Approx 4,500 votes short of Republicans gaining the majority in the House
▶️ Approx 2,900 votes short of Republicans gaining the majority in the Senate
▶️ Statewide races are won by only a few percent

…and Republican Dennis Richardson won Secretary of State a few years ago
▶️ Gerrymandering is cheating - and its why there is a majority in the State House, the State Senate and our delegation to US Congress

The majority of Oregonians do NOT want:
▶️ To allow a child at any age to receive an abortion without parent consent
▶️ Remove the prohibition of concealing the birth of an infant
▶️ Expand the use of taxpayer dollars for permanently altering gender-change surgeries

▶️ To keep SRO’s out of schools - Oregonians want our schools safer - we know armed guards are a deterrent
▶️ Homelessness just having more and more money thrown at it without results
▶️ Increased crime without accountability!… full stop

▶️ More gun regulation on law-abiding citizens (looking at you HB2005 👀)
▶️ To continue ignoring the detrimental effects of Measure 110
▶️ Mediocre education
▶️ Increased regulation on our small businesses

Being in the minority party, we have limited tools, but dang it we’ll use all we have on behalf of the forgotten Oregonians and their voices. We know people are leaving this state. I hate it, but I get it.
