To do some math on this:
10,000 units planned
Average of $600k per unit (examples shown)
New Ontario Line adds say 10% more value (probably an understatement)
That is 10,000 x $60k = $600M in value added by the Ontario Line
The property was purchased for $137M initially

Correction: 5,300 units plus commercial… still a lot of profit from the Ontario Line design.
