Another Hindu girl kidnapped in Pakistan, converted to Islam & got married to abductor.

Obviously, they refused saying-

30-31 March: On Thursday & Friday, Hindus were attacked in West Bengal & Bihar along with other states during Ram Navami.

Stone pelting and torching of vehicles were done during Hindu festival to create #RamNavamiViolence.

She later blamed Hindus:
I’ve said it earlier that violence may occur if you take out #RamNavami rally through Muslim areas.

She also said:
Muslims observe #Ramzan & cannot be involved in wrongdoing.

Calcutta High Court directed West Bengal govt to deploy adequate @WBPolice force in the affected areas where incidents of violence took place during the #RamNavami procession so that peace and tranquillity prevail.

2012: Kiran Negi, a 19-year-old girl from Uttarakhand was abducted & forced into a Tata Indica from Chhawla, Delhi by 3 men-
Rahul, Ravi & Vinod

She was gang-raped & brutalised.

Her mutilated & decomposed body was found days later in mustard field of Rodai village, Haryana.

Police seized the car & nabbed all three.

2014: A Sessions Court in Delhi convicted the 3 men of gang-rape, murder & causing disappearance of evidence & sentenced them to death.

August 2014: Delhi High Court confirmed Capital Punishment by calling the crime-“rarest of rare”

Nov 2022: Supreme Court acquitted all 3 men who were sentenced to death #ChhawlaMurder & released them by saying- cannot punish accused persons on the basis of moral conviction.

@LtGovDelhi granted approval to file review challenging the acquittal of death row convicts.

2000:An illegal Masjid claimed property of Allahabad High Court.

2004:Allahabad High Court won the case against it before Supreme Court.

2004:Illegal Masjid became Waqf to fight Allahabad High Court.

2023:Allahabad High Court won case against Waqf before Supreme Court.

1861: Present building of Allahabad High Court was constructed.

Few years later: A Naxul land on lease was given to a Muslim person.
Lease was granted as per Govt Grants Act.

The clauses of lease clearly restricted that one cannot build and cannot transfer the land.

1881-82: Chambers of judges were made near the verandah.

Around 1988: lease of the land was renewed for another 30 years. It was to end in 2017.

Trusting them, Malambika Sinha opened her doors & served them food.

Vijay Sinha was not at home, so they suddenly started asking her for money and jewellery.

When Malambika Sinha refused to give money, Aurangzeb slashed and stabbed her on her neck while Nafar looted the house. She was attacked 15 times with knife.

Even the chain she was wearing was snatched and they left with 4 mobile phones & cash.

Naushad helped them escape.

This Muslim Couple wanted to give their properties to their daughters but that’s not permissible under Sharia.

Under Shariat law, only 1/3 of the estate can be willed in favour of anyone. The remaining will still have to be divided as per the complex religious law.

Inheritance for Muslims in India is governed by Muslim Personal Law(Shariat) Application Act, 1937.
Law is clear:
1. Daughters gets half of son
2. Inheritance within Muslims only, i.e. Hindu wife is not entitled to inheritance from Muslîm Husband unless she converts to Islam
