So let`s start with what is The Decentralized Settlement Layer?
It is basically an is architecture for P2P settlements for exchanges. So many exchanges can use it to speed up their adoption with off-chain fully compliant options!

So the exchanges that want to run on $TXA don`t have to hold user funds because all trades through the project are made P2P making your money safe and in self custody.

It means it`s a combination of a CEX with orderbook and high speed and performance of it but adding self custody and settlement of a DEX!

What is great is that the fast settlement is done, by the DSL with usage of smart contracts to manage people funds, and the speed almost matches those of the CEX ones!
This settlement layer they provide can literally settle any asset you want on any chain you want as long as an order book matches the trade you want to make, that is huge!
What is cool is that @tacen_app is already a platform that is building on top of @ProjectTXA DSL so it means it can be adopted and it`s useful!
And you know how it goes... one project adopts and tell others it works, and adoption speeds up!

What is great also is that their SDPs are off-chain and can connect to any blockchain the exchange want to.
It's a really decentralized network of special providers that are similar to blockchain miners or PoS blockchain validator nodes.

Their tech is great, one thing I like and don`t like at the same time is that they are backed by Funds and VCs...
