Today morning, her body was recovered from the pond. She was student of class -X, resident of Gangua village.
Police arrested Javed Akhtar in this incident.

As per Admit Card, she went to Satish Chandra Lahiri High School. There she and others were told to remove auspicious conch shell and red coral bangles. Others abide by, but she refused. According to Hindu Bengali custom, a married woman removes conch shell and red coral bangles+
When her husband dies. She said that she was shocked to see the notification by primary education board. So she returned home without sitting for Exam and she is proud of that.
