3/Lest anyone need reminding, @wpath's SOC-8 has no minimum age guidelines for "gender affirming" hormonal & surgical interventions (aside from Phalloplasty: 18.) Oh, & a new chapter on EUNUCHS. Will medical providers consider this extreme fetish a legitimate "gender identity"?
4/SOC-8 also declared facial feminization surgery a "medical necessity" for men who want to look like women. We're sure Facial Team is tickled pink about that. (Less gatekeeping & more insurance coverage = more business! )
