1. Only ABC is running this. Both the Post and Times didn't run anything about the 2nd day.

Top Trump adviser Boris Epshteyn to be questioned for 2nd day by special counsel: Sources abcnews.go.com/US/top-trump-a…
2. I can't imagine that he's in there on #45s behalf. So that likely means he's being interviewed to avoid a grand jury appearance. It almost seems like he's doing a "Queen for a Day" interview.
3. I'm going to watch all the usual suspects closely. See who goes dark. With the grand jury seeming like it's getting close to the end of the line, I'm not going to be surprised if they charge soon. Smith may have gone to to the interview to assess how
4. Epshteyn would do on the stand. How he presents. Like an audition.

1. Don Jr has gone quiet today after a long Tweet storm of multiple posts daily. He was my contemporaneous pick for who accompanied Boris Epshteyn to Prague. The Steele dossier assumed it was Michael Cohen. I thought it was Epshteyn and that Don Jr would have accompanied him
2. because he speaks Czech. My guess is that they have a ton of intelligence on Epshteyn and I'm also guessing that whatever #45 was planning to do with the stolen top secrets it involved the Russians and Boris got involved. If so, he's looking at life for espionage Image
3. so no release pending trial. That would get him to take an invitation to save himself by telling Jack all his darkest secrets.

Don Jr. deserves watching. I think they got his mother who was getting talky. Epshteyn may be able to dance through the rain drops

1. I rate this so-called "leaked intel" on #Syria as having high likelihood of being false, Russian, Turkish or Iranian propaganda. MT

"Ukraine planned attacks on Russian forces in Syria, leaked document shows"

Free link to article.

2. Ukraine may have considered a lot of things but the report that the SDF would touch this IMO is nonsensical and evidences the writer is someone with a weak understanding of the current political and military situation in AANES (NE Syria) and Syria generally.
3. Here are two excerpts that tell me this is contrived. First the article claims the report says Ukraine would be providing UAVs and anti-air defense capability to the SDF. Image

1. In #Bakhmut, Russian airborne forces that replaced Wagner conducted attacks using artillery barrages followed by waves of infantry. This had earlier provided Russia modest success in the north. Today in the north, Russia focused artillery on a narrow strip near Rose Alley. Image
2. The attacks first poured artillery and guided aerial bombs then followed with waves of infantry. Ukraine has learned that when Russia attacks, just step back, absorb the attack and then counter attack. But when Russia's attacks fail, they just repeat it with the same results.
3. After the repeated attacks in the Rose Alley area Russia ended the day having given up its earlier gains and the one large municipal building that might have provided exposed Russian infantry with some cover was blown up by Ukrainian forces in a massive controlled explosion.

1. A couple of thoughts on the "settlement." Our judges make you put the settlement terms on the record and if the settlement doesn't consummate they enforce it as a contract. So what if Fox says, "Dominion's lawyers said something hurtful and now we won't pay"?
2. All or some of the settlement fund may be coming from an Officers and Directors Errors and Omissions policy so that may be why they didn't have to do it because the carrier made the representation. They may have had carrier jury analysts what they saw in the 12 said settle.
3. All of the late disclosures of Murdock's misfeasance may be simply to trigger coverage. I've learned to never ever trust a scoundrel and smart business persons always try to get someone else to pay their tab.

1. On Sunday in Bahkmut, as expected, large numbers of Russian regular forces attempted to follow up yesterday's successful attacks in the north with a series of assaults from the south but Ukrainian forces were ready and fought back defeating successive attack groups who were
2. forced to leave cover to assault and became easy targets for Ukrainian snipers and drone forces. Ukraine also counter-attacked in the north pushing Russians out of areas that they took on Saturday and set the stage for Ukraine to push further to protect their supply line.
3. Wagner forces do not constitute much of the attacking force as confirmed by the numerous dead and captured regular Russian forces. Ukraine continues to hold in the center though the Russians are pressing near the rail line and grain elevators.

1. In Bakhmut, regular Russian units including airborne have replaced Wagner in the fight and Saturday conducted a large offensive in the East and North achieving some significant success but at a very high cost. The Wagner group appears to have been reduced to the degree that
2. it no longer constitutes a viable fighting force. Ukraine may have achieved a strategic objective in the defense of Bakhmut by destroying Wagner ahead of the coming offensive. Russians had committing a large force spearheaded by airborne troops in Bakhmut. Ukrainian
3. artillery can concentrate on the Russian force that has yet to dig in and continue to reduce that force while Ukraine considers redeployment of its forces away from Bakhmut in preparation for the coming offensive. Ukraine reports many prisoners captured today and many
