Shankaran: This matter has come on transfer. The pleadings in this are complete. The basic overview in this is that there is an FIR registered in connection with the #DelhiRiots. I (Tanha) was an accused in the FIR.

Shankaran: My(Tanha's) bail application was pending before the learned trial court. Shankaran: Aggrieved by that My lords! We had filed this writ petition. All pleadings are complete.
The @DelhiPolice stand is that even though they've done an inquiry, they are not able to find out who has leaked the chargesheet.

Shankaran: In January there were 2 intervention application filed by media organizations, saying that we are also affected by this writ & so we want to be heard. That was heard at length. Shankaran: Our submissions on the intervention application is that they are not maintainable & that this is a private matter. There is no larger interest of the media organizations or media house. Apart from that this needs to be kept for arguments.
