IIM Kashipur is glad to welcome Mrugank Paranjape, MD & CEO of NCDEX e Markets Limited, as the chief guest of our 10th convocation, to be held on April 29, 2023. 
Mr Mrugank is also the Non-Executive Independent Director in the Central Board of the State Bank of India, the Chair of the Board of the Mumbai School of Economics and public Policy, and a Trustee on the Board of Sewa International.
As the MD & CEO of the Multi Commodity Exchange of India (MCX), he was instrumental in the resurgence of MCX following its troubled legacy and re-established the brand as well the leadership position of the Exchange till 2019.
He also worked with the Deutsche Bank Group, holding several leadership positions in India and Singapore in the Deutsche Bank Global Transaction Banking division.
In 2012, he was awarded the “Custodian Banker of the Year” by the Asian Investor Magazine. His earlier experiences include various leadership and managerial roles in Asset Management, Stock Broking, and Retail Banking.
