You're obviously, clearly forgetting to divide by population to get PER CAPITA (per person) numbers.

We're 330 million people, even France is small by comparison at 65m.

We're only #11 in MSD's per person.
You're more likely to die in a mass shooting in Belgium, for example.
2/
HA-HAHAHAHAHAHA!
::deep breath::
HAHAHAHA...HAHAHAHA!

Quoting Snopes.
OK.
3/
OOOOH, yes very good point.

If we squint at the data real hard, and do this one neat trick where we look only at years where European countries had zero mass shootings, and consider only those, THEN we can get Europe < US.

LOL #fail

Stick to....something you're better at.
4/
Yes, I presented a "steel-man" argument--with ALL the data, and even a wrong analysis included!

If it comforts you to grasp at straws, and decide Europe's safer because some years some countries have no mass shootings (despite higher mean)....
Go for it!
5/
Oh?
Oh I think I like this new technique of sussing Facts That I Like And Favor My Biases.

Let's take the median of mass shootings in America back to the year....I dunno, 1200?

VOILA! America has zero median mass shootings! Hooray!

Yes. It sounds that dumb.

Corollary:
Never argue stats with Lefties, especially their wordcels like @SoMarioTho

It quickly bores the audience because their mistakes are so obvious and dull.
@SoMarioTho 7/
No, ma'am, it was exactly the same as the dumbass "alternate" analysis you quoted from the article.

You found the turd floating in the punchbowl I gave you, picked it up, and held it out proudly like you'd found a Mars Bar.

Now you're desperate to move the goalposts.
LOL
8/
In the spirit of fair debate, and finding common ground, I'll give you Norway.

But in exchange, you have to let me remove all black shooters from American statistics.

Deal?

My parents-in-law, God bless them, are amazingly active for 81-year olds.
They flew Tampa->Houston and picked up my son to see the eclipse, while I was moving my daughter to the farm.

TLDR; we get along, despite their being uber-libtards. They're decent people in other ways.
2/
A GREAT experience--the Scottish immigrant who owns the ranch, a family acquaintance, is a serious amateur astronomer.
They had a moon-tracking telescope, another aimed at the sun, and full camera setup with wifi so everyone could see.

And the Scot is REDPILLED.
Loves my son.
3/
My PILs other friends...not so much.
Wealthy 30-something California couple who bought a Hill Country ranchette, and some older 70-ish friends.

Someone asked my son about homeschooling; wasn't there, but since she's a libtard I'm sure it was a loaded question.

AI is going to hit its first wall hard, soon.

1/
They're voracious data eaters; the more they process in training, the better they are.

At the same time, the very content they scrape from the web will exponentially increase--with output from previous AI.

DATA INBREEDING.
2/
Agreed.
Therefore mostly untainted human-generated data...like Musk's X...become gold mines.

We're going to see extremely rapid uptake, big disruptive changes...and AI will make people dumber and more lazy.

3/
Then, in a few years, the next generation of AI will have little new to train on.
And what's out there from humans will be AI-tainted, and fairly stupid.

Meanwhile education will have a crisis; why teach skills AI makes irrelevant and unemployable?

SO: where will it find fresh ideas?
Who'll be incentivized to study and generate them?

"How did America break up?"

"Slowly, at first. Then very suddenly."

It's coming faster than we think.
2/
FedGov will be exposed as a paper tiger.

Look at pot legalization; DEA etc still angrily stomping their stompy little feet, insisting cannabis is MUH SKEJOOL ONE ILLEGAL.

Nothing they can do about it.

There are a thousand other issues states can de facto secede on....
3/
The FBI is every bit a Stasi, a KGB.

States can easily eject them; hell, your COUNTY SHERIFF has the authority to tell Feds to pound sand.

One state's going to get the bright idea to collect its citizens' income taxes and give FedGov what it thinks they deserve...

Getting Trump elected would be an even bigger...no, TEN TIMES bigger...middle finger to the establishment than 2016.

I accept this noble mission.
2/
Agreed:
Quite possible the Uniparty thinks exactly what Hillary did in 2015--she encouraged MSM to push him because she thought he was the most easily beatable.

He's flawed. Pig-headed, terrible at hiring, pro-Holy-Jab.

But I really admire the Man in the Arena.
3/
Trump did really well re: war (none), foreign policy. Watching him face down those globalist G20 twats in Canada was ::CHEF'S-KISS::

Economy was great.
America First resonated.

Overall, the first actual PRESIDENT since Reagan or Nixon.

A revenge tour would be EPIC.

It's SO bad, it's got a name:

"Replication Crisis"

Turns out, much of psychology is made up, because when they tried to replicate even some famous cornerstones of psychology...they couldn't.

The Crisis spread to other social "sciences" too.

Even some STEM.

Gets better:
2/
The "Father of the Sexual Revolution", Kinsey, was full of shit.

He got pushback from real scientists (he was an zoologist studying wasps before publishing the bibles of sexual liberation)

But "lies travel the world before truth puts its pants on"

crisismagazine.com/opinion/kinsey…
3/
What the Replication Crisis SHOULD spread to is the odious academic mutual back-scratching, grant-grubbing, circle-jerk known as:
"Peer Review"

In which a priesthood in each field reinforces the Orthodoxies, and stifles innovation.

Any sufficiently advanced donuts are indistinguishable from black!

Get Ken Block on it.

YEE-HAW!

The effect of their pressure washing it and whining on socmedia will be...

More people defacing it.

Sung to the tune of Stones' "Paint it Black":

🎵 I see a rainbow and I want it painted black
🎵 No colors anymore I want them to turn black
🎵 I see the trans walk by dressed in wrong gender clothes
🎵 I have to turn my head until my nausea goes

Security cameras?
That's what paintball guns are for!
