Zincheko’s inverted nature the RW should certainly have a few opportunities to exploit this.

Aubameyang shouldn’t actually be too mobile in this game, force at least one of the CB’s to stay central and create isolated instances for the wingers.

I wouldn’t be particularly aggressive about my moves this week.

Having two free transfers for DGW36 will be very helpful.

Even if you only use one, you can have 2FT’s for DGW37.

Most teams are fairly well set up, just about trimming the edges.

Key to determining Kevin De Bruyne’s value as an asset:

1. The system (3-2-2-3 or 4-2-2-2)

Given Gundogan formed a double pivot with Rodri, I’d say it was more of a 4-2-2-2 with how disciplined Grealish & Silva were yesterday.

He then implemented it yesterday to by pass the Arsenal press by baiting them with the double No.6 pivot.

The second & last part of that pattern is the Striker (Haaland) drops alongside the No.10 (KDB) to link-up.

This gives KDB the opportunity…

He then becomes an unbelievable asset, and nothing short.

With the 3-2-2-3, he’s good but no where as good for FPL.

Short 🧵 (MCI vs ARS thoughts)

If Arteta persists with the same system with Holding in this team, respectfully, it will be very difficult for Arsenal to get a result.

Not only could Haaland have a field day but Holding’s ability to break the line of the initial press…

& the mid-block with his passing is significantly worse than Saliba’s.

It has caused Odegaard to make slight adjustments to his game, including dropping deeper at times to receive and start/increase the tempo of the initial phases of play.
