Regarding non-copyrighted content, a lawyer could say that we all signed our content away with the "accept" button.
But there is no alternative.
You must "accept" that they can use your content how they want, or you cannot put your words and images in that app.

I'll bet this lack of choice will also be the basis of some future decisions in courts of many countries.
