Moments earlier, the gallery overlooking the Tennessee House floor erupted in boos and shouting as the legislature announced that they would go into recess right before the bill making it easier to arm teachers, which is what the protesters were there to oppose.

Today as supporters of Julian Assange rallied outside the DOJ in DC, a man ran in front of speaker Gerry Condon, stripped completely naked, and poured instant flame gel on his clothing before taking out a lighter.
What the man had doused his clothes with was Sterno Instant Flame Gel, and thankfully, it didn't ignite.
The man was ultimately handcuffed and arrested. It's not currently clear to me what exactly he was charged with or who he was.
