good to hear the federal government plans to abolish #ParentsNext. Instead of yeeting it into the sun, the announcement is for a replacement “co-designed scheme”. Presumably to appease predatory agencies that trouser public cash for policing single mums.
the #ParentsNext program is “akin to coercive control” an inquiry found. They are getting warmer here but clearly feminism and patriarchy are still forbidden terms.

as I was saying. The priority here is not single parents. It is to appease the predatory agency/client donors. 
No budget saving? In this economy? Okay patriarchy.
they could put this half billion dollars into the budget bottom line or material support for single mums but seemingly prefer to quarantine it for agency handouts instead.

anyway. The ministers buried the lede but this is what matters today. PAUSE being the operative word. It presumably allows the government to keep - lawfully - giving agencies millions of public dollars to not cut single mums incomes to zero.
