China has brought back testing centers as well: all around Asia (ie those closest to India, the home of #XBB116 #SARS3 #Arcturus #COVID19 we see increasing signs to control the virus: they are only a few weeks ahead of us in terms of spreads and are currently being hammered
I get serious Jan 2020 vibes from all this:
Despite the fact we see so many countries taking some form of action in Asia, with the Indian PM himself decalring that 'covid is far from over' months ago now and announcing a 5 point strategy to tackle the new strain: I see nothing in the west at all

We are now coming up to 2 months since Modi essentially warned the world by making those statements: they have been completely ignored and instead back to the old let's pretend there's no problem:
But Modi surely has not said to his people 'covid is far from over' upon seeing the XBB116 strain emerge for no reason.

The statement should've been heeded as a warning to the world.
Unlike Indian's who have at least been warned and informed by their leaders and health experts on TV and in media we have heard nothing from anybody in power or real authority: we're just not worth it

people in the west, the public at large, once again, has been left to rot and face this awful thing with not even the most basic of warnings: the general public thinks covid is over: their hospitalised Mom who just had a Covid stroke, their recthing chest pain, and their kid who
...nearly choked to death with Covid croup while trying to sleep find out that Modi's warnings were correct: but we aren't even worth warning in the eyes of power: we're just seen as totally disposable garbage for the machine: not only not worth warning: it's totally covered up

Contact recently had their Dad (in their 70s) hospitalised for pneumonia with clot in the legs. The hospital hasn't even diagnosed Covid: patien and family aren't even aware it's that. Ya'll Drs sick motherfuckers
Is not people I know personally, is through someone else's Facebook who does know them: they just showed me the family's post from being in the hospital: they have no idea is Covid: Dad has no previous medical conditions BTW.
Family walking around maskless: none the wiser: Drs will tell them 'it's just a respiratory infection' and hey presto Covid is over: what we can gauge from this is that it seems to be causing more clots again.

yeah I really see that happening: hey everyone! I got infected at the MET gala with COVID and I was probvably actually infectious during the event when I was screaming my lungs out blasting my air all around the room at ev ereveryone: any good luck!
i'm sure that would go down well with management: come and get Covid at one of our super spreader events lol: isn;'t the Met Gala supposed swanky and all that? doesn't really look good does it to have them all spread and come down with Covid from it

I actually had no idea who this woman was until people sent me this story and explained it: none the less she seems like a nice person: she is telling ya'll it's Covid with her mask: but I can tell you it is just from looking at those covid eyes

that's right. And they say in this study a 28 year old with no co-morbid suddenly go t it from asymptomatic Covid: and is happening A LOT. Often going undiagnosed.
My thoughts are that a lot of what's called LC: with the shortness of breath and coughing and so on is fibrosis: but because it happens to young people they refuse to diagnose it correctly.
