Sam DiStefano (who changed the spelling of his last name from an "e" to "i") was the brother of Mad Sam DeStefano. Mad "Sam" was Chicago's most deranged torture-murderer in the mob.

DiStefano worked for Meshulam Riklis (my abuser's father) & Hugh Hefner.

He was eventually murdered by Anthony John Spilotro nicknamed "Tony the Ant".

Spilotro served as the basis for the character Nicky Santoro in Martin Scorsese's 1995 film Casino.
After being in an argument with his wife Mad Sam DeStafano went out into the street and dragged a black man back to his apartment.

There he forced the man and his wife to perform oral sex on each other.

This is Michael Hand, who "co-founded" Nugan Hand bank w/Francis "Frank" Nugan in 1973.

The men were CIA cut-outs & the bank was really owned by CIA.

In 1980 Frank was found dead in his car. Ruled a suicide.

Michael changed his name, altered his appearance and moved to Idaho.
This is not the first time the CIA opens a bank to deceptively bring in money and to launder the funds.

They also did this with the Bank of Credit and Commerce aka BCCI.

And, really about several other dozens whose names are more obscure.

On Wiki, CIA "never" did this.
Nugan Hand bank was created by the CIA during the Vietnam War to launder drug money they were flying into the country.

They also allowed their rich friends like Ferdinand Marcos in the Philippines to put their money into the bank so they could steal it in another country.

I am in the middle of writing an article about Meshulam Riklis, the Riviera, etc and his connection to CIA/Mossad.

In 1972 Riklis and Ted Arison partner to form Carnival Cruise. They set up a subsidiary under AITS, owned by Riklis.
In a Jerusalem Post article, Ted Arison (Carnival Cruise) is acknowledged for his "lifetime collaborating with the Mossad".

Arison died in 1999 and his son, Micky along with daughter Shari, inherited his assets.

Riklis was not mentioned b/c he was still alive at the time.
One more time, Bank Hapoalim, Israel's largest bank, was "practically" given to Ted Arison (co-founder of Carnival Cruise with Meshulam Riklis) because of his lifetime collaboration with the Mossad.
