Barcelona players celebrating in the centre-circle to the sound of whistling Espanyol fans.
looollll and now those salty little bitches ran into the pitch to cut short the celebrations. horrible club. #LaLiga will be so much better when they get relegated.
be well funny if Espanyol get docked points for this to confirm their relegation. 😂
😂😂😂😂 TV broadcasters showing an extended closeup of an Espanyol fan who shoved over one of their cameras.

caught that twat in literal 4K! 😂😂😂😂

Ruben Neves is pure class but I understand Xavi’s hesitance given how long he’s spent in the PL playing lower down the table in a wildly different system.
Sofyan Amrabat is in a similar situation, but he’d be arriving to be an enforcer - a profile he has and Barça lack.

Ruben Neves, meanwhile, would be coming for his passing and tempo dictation abilities, which Barça have - and you do have to wonder how sharp they still are.
have to say: if Barcelona can get Ruben Neves "for free" by offloading Sergino Dest and Nico Gonzalez, that will be a very impressive bit of business.

Barcelona went into the mouth of the Lion without their best defender and best midfielder AND starting Sergi Roberto. this result (and performance) is VERY impressive.

another monster away game done (only Balaidos left). Barça had some luck today, but Ter Stegen was colossal.
Barcelona were coasting until Xavi made two bad subs (Kessie & Alonso). after that, yes, it was frantic, but let’s not forget the first hour please.

Xavi’s gameplans are great tho he definitely has to work on improving his subs. but he’s an inexperienced coach, that’s expected.
the main issue Barcelona have is the lack of goal threat from the left-wing. it’s just not a factor and it means that, effectively, Barcelona only have two forwards.

for Cruyffist sides, their ability to score goals will usually be the determining factor in their success.

that was so sloppy from Kessie. has to look after the ball better than that.
Note: Franck Kessie is not good off the bench. 😂😭
(he’s not done anything except make Barcelona’s midfield control less secure)

I respect Rogen’s honesty, and kids are a lot of work for sure, but they are also phenomenal. helping a person grow into themselves is an unbelievably rewarding experience (not that I’m surprised a narcissist actor and his narcissist Hollywood friends struggle with this).
that’s not a knock on Rogen. people who don’t want kids should not have kids, but he definitely doesn’t “get it.”
I’ve been a childless adult and enjoyed it. I definitely get it. but it doesn’t compare to having kids FOR ME.

for others, like yourself, I’m sure it’s different. but you can’t “get” the joy of having kids bc you haven’t been there (nor should you, if you don’t want to).

Kane to #MUFC makes a lot of sense on every level, really. knows the league, fits the system, absolutely world-class, plus he, Varane and Casemiro are around the same age and will form a solid, experienced spine.
Victor Osimhen is obviously a dream signing for many United fans but there’s no guarantee he fits the system or settles in the country. more pertinently, he will cost significantly more than Kane given he’s younger, has a year longer on his contract and Napoli got him for 70m.
like, Napoli are FAMOUSLY GOOD at selling players for maximum value. you think the 24 year-old title-winning Capocannoniere isn’t going to command a truly monstrous fee?

absolutely mad that Mbappé has scored more goals than anyone in World Cup final history at the age of 23 and that, despite the loss last night, is already a World Cup winner. what a player.
I don’t even think Mbappé was the best #FRA player last night (big ups Kolo Muani) but his ability to be decisive even when not playing well is terrifying and recalls peak Cristiano. except he’s been at this level since he was 17. 😭
look, Mbappé is 23. it’s impossible to know where he’ll fall when it’s all said and done. but he’s started at a ridiculous pace and while he’ll never be as complete as Messi, he could forge his own path into the pantheon all the same.

probably needs to leave PSG tho. #FRA
