In 6 months time, you qualify for cheap credit to invest or finance an Income Generating Activity.

NB: You don't need a guarantor. Your savings will guarantee you.

Budget the remainder.

- Food

- Transport

- Electricity & water

- Grooming

3/a. Food.

- Eat One Meal A Day or 2MAD

- Avoid morning breakfast, it is useless. You don't need it.

- Ask your parents to send you food from the village or go to the market on Saturday at 4 AM you will get plenty fresh food from farmers.

- Don't eat in hotels.

- Cook food in the house.

- If you must eat 2MAD, cook in the house and carry packed food.

- Avoid sugar, sodas, bread, juices, pasteurized milk, yoghurt. They are useless.

- Use tallow for cooking.

- Modern tomatoes are expensive and useless. Ignore them.

3/b. Transport.

- Live near work.

- Walk to work if you are not a morning person.

- Walk home.

- The money you will save from walking will help you to buy a bicycle.

- Don't beg for lifts.

4. Electricity & water

- You don't stay in the house all the time. This saves electricity.

- TVs, Radios, HiFis & woofers are unnecessary. You don't need them. Don't buy because others bought.

- Store water in Jerricans. This will help if water is disconnected.

5. Telephone & digital media

- Take advantage of discounted mobile data & airtime.

- Avoid borrowing credit.

- Don't own a phone on credit (M-Kopa).

- Switch off Background data & opt out of subscriptions.

- Utilize company's WiFi.

6. Grooming.

Buy the following:
- 2 bar soaps
- Petroleum jelly
- Salt & Sodium bicarbonate for brushing teeth
- Shoe polish & brush
- Hydrogen peroxide is a good antiseptic & sanitiser.

7. Learn a skill

- On your off days or weekends, join:

• a construction site
• a mechanic garage
• a furniture workshop

Request them that you would like to learn what they do.

Be humble and learn. Don't expect to be paid.

8. Start selling something to supplement your salary:

- Identify something and sell it. You can sign an agreement with boutiques.

- Walk from door to door selling it eg Men socks, ties, belts

- Walk from gate to gate, offer to clean cars, offices, homes or carpets.

9. Network

Your network is your net worth.

- Join a gym or a sporting environmental eg football, volleyball or basketball.

- You will meet men who will expose you to opportunities.

As your physical & mental health grows, your network grows too.

10. Live in singularity

- Don't involve yourself with women, they will distract you.

- No alcohol.

- Avoid betting, gambling, and online scams. You will lose your money.

- Don't masturbate or watch porn, they will lower your esteem & deflate your momentum.

ANNOYING COUGH

There are people with annoying cough or phlegm which is stuck in the throat.

Sometimes they lose their voices.

These symptoms never clear despite them being prescribed antibiotics or steroids.

NB: the cough is not associated with any chest symptoms therefore it is not related to any respiratory illness.

This is a symptom of GASTRIC JUICE REFLUX.

It is a symptom of an inflamed stomach or gastritis.

A symptom of low stomach acid (Hypochlorhydria).

When stomach acid is low, the gastroesophageal valve fails to close.

This leads to the pouring back of gastric acid to the oesophagus & throat.

What usually pours back is weak acid.

Real stomach acid is 1 - 3 on the PH scale. - and can melt a razor blade.
