The message (e-mail) in question was written & sent by #DebbieCook to essentially every Scientologists. Cook ended up being sued by Scientology based on agreements she had signed —under duress—when she left her position in the Sea Org.

#DavidMiscavige ended up suing #DebbieCook back in 2012.

In the lawsuit & her testimony #DebbieCook stated—
❝…I would have signed that I stabbed babies over and over again and loved it. I would have done anything basically at that point…❞— argued with the fact that all agreements were in fact signed under duress.

#DavidMiscavige is currently doing his very best to hide.

Judge Olmedo stated that after the verdict — an evidentiary hearing will be held to find out how #Scientology — who should have been a co-defendant but wasn’t— obtained the redacted exhibits.

Another case that is still yet to be held — unfortunately only via Scientology arbitration— is #ValerieHaney‘s
