hard not to correct the swarming spiteweasel accounts attacking Carole Cadwalladr & anyone crowdfunding either set of legal bills (her own or 60% of Arron Banks') but it's pointless

it's important to remember that Arron Banks had to drop part of his legal challenge to Carole Cadwalladr then lost the 3 point case in June 2022
On appeal he managed to get one count upheld, despite the Judges saying the TED talk was not under her control

yes, Arron Banks lost his case against Carole Cadwalladr last year 👇
then got 1/3 verdict#s changed his way on appeal this year

sadly this is not reflected in the damages - she has to pay her costs + 60% of his

that's why SLAPPs work

I see Piers Morgan is going for the "I was an incompetent editor who didn't know what was happening" defence at the Daily Mirror over the turn of the century,

rather than admitting complicity with his journalists hacking phones & harassing Prince Harry
well, I mean, I see from the news & the BBC interview that he's trying to shirk responsibility for the tabloid attack on Harry on his watch

Can't see his reaction on Twitter as like so many people I'm blocked by Piers Morgan for calling him out
