4. Hanuman Garhi:
It is one of the most important mandir in the city.
It is a custom that before visiting shri Ram mandir one should first have darshan of hanuman ji here.
It houses Hanuman ji's mother, mata Anjani, with a young Hanuman Ji sitting on her lap.
5. Ramkot :
It is the chief place of worship in Ayodhya. An ancient citadel, it lies on an elevated platform and, as per popular belief, marks the site of prabhushri Rama's fort.
It is believed that this citadel is guarded by Hanuman ji from a secret cave.
6. Nageshwarnath Mandir:
It was established by Kush ji, son of shri Ram. It is believed that Kush ji lost his armlet while bathing in the Sarayu and it was retrieved by a Nag-Kanya who fell in love with him. As she was a devotee of Shiv ji, Kush built her this mandir.
7. Kanak Bhawan :
It is to the north-east of #RamJanamBhumi Ramkot, in Ayodhya. It is believed that bhawan had gifted this to Devi Sita by mata Kaikei. Vikramaditya got it renovated. Later it was rebuilt/renovated by Vrish Bhanu Kunwari which exists even today.
8. Sri Ranganathan Mandir
Ayodhya's 1st South Indian
Dravidian style mandir of shri Ranganathan ji located a few steps away from #ShriRamJanmabhoomi in Ramkot.
Murti of Shri Ram Lalla Mata Janaki & Lakshman ji sitting in the mandir have also come from South India.
9. Vijay Raghav Mandir:
There is absolute darkness in the garbh grah after sun set and no light is arranged there as the murti of shri ram established in garbhgraha is considered to be a new born baby . Exposure to external light on the can have adverse effects on it.
10. Ram ki Paidi :
It is a series of ghats on the bank of holy River Saryu. A large number of bhakts visit every day to take a sacred bath in it.
It is believed that all your sins washed away taking bath in it.
11. Dashrath Bhavan:
It is the original residence of King Dashrath- the ruler of Ayodhya and the father of Sri Ram.
It is Believed to had housed shri Ram's and his brothers childhood.
12. Deepotsav :
It was 1st time organised in 2017.
Ayodhya ready to set Deepotsav record for 6th year in a row with 16 lakh diyas on Diwali. Organisers of the Deepotsav2022 in Ayodhya will try attempt to set a world record by simultaneously lighting 16 lakh diyas on this Diwali.
13. Ram Mandir:
It is, at the site of Ram Janmabhoomi, the birthplace of Ram ji. The Mandir construction is being supervised by the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra.
14. Inauguration:
Ram Temple in Ayodhya will be inaugurated on the 1st of January 2024.
Here prabhu shri Ram is worshiped with his brothers Bharata, Lakshman and Shatrughna in their balya avastha form.
16. Amawa Ram Mandir
It is situated at the same sight whereupon stood the temple of the Raghu dynasty wherein Emperors of the Raghu clan including Lord Ram used to worship the deities
17. Shri Kale Ram Mandir:
This mandir got this name because the colors of the murties are made of black stone. It is a unique mandir as here shri Ram worshiped along with his brothers & mata Sita. It is very old mandir.
