The 1st iteration of Levon Grade open beta is here, focusing on @MakerDAO Core Vaults.
Test it by entering different wallet addresses with active vaults in the Maker Protocol.
We've prepared sample addresses to help you understand how Levon Grade works.
5/11
Levon Grade evaluates the probability of default (liquidation) based on open wallets’ vaults current state & historical behavior.
This estimated probability forms the credit grade, using criteria such as transaction history, collateral ratio, and current holdings.
5/11
We designed Levon with versatility in mind, to be used for a wide range of applications.
Use cases include:
- Whitelisting Wallets,
- Creating Granular User Categories,
- Extension into Cross-Collateral Protocols,
- Implementation and/or Integration, and
- Compute-to-Data.
6/11
- Whitelisting Wallets:
Levon Grade can create a whitelist of wallet addresses that have passed stress-tests during market shocks.
This allows them access to riskier vault types in any existing or future DeFi lending protocols.
7/11
- Granular User Categories:
Levon Grade helps to categorize users more accurately.
High-scoring wallets can receive benefits, such as lower fees or slower liquidations, thus encouraging safer user behavior.
8/11
- Extension into Cross-Collateral Protocols:
We're currently expanding Project Levon to include cross-collateral protocols like Aave, Spark, & Compound.
This means more lending protocols will be able to benefit from our system.
9/11
- Implementation/Integration:
Depending on the use case, we're considering various options for further implementation.
This could include using ComposeDB on Ceramic Mainnet for data-intensive use cases, including credit scoring.
10/11
- Compute-to-Data:
In this emerging paradigm implemented by organizations like Protocol Labs, our product could be used to generate wallet-specific credit grades as Soulbound or attestations (verifiable credentials), preserving privacy.

We're thrilled to be coming to @ethbelgrade! ✈️ 🏙️
We'll be setting up a booth to demonstrate our innovative products and services, including our newest offering - Project Levon, a credit scoring tool for #DeFi.
We are also excited to share that two of our team members are joining the conference as speakers!
First one is @PrimozKordez, Block Analitica’s founder.

Primož is a DeFi pioneer, advises MakerDAO and other DeFi projects on risk parameters and leads Block Analitica in creating customized DeFi risk dashboards.
Maker’s implementation of Levon Grade is an ML-based solution that estimates the probability of default (liquidation) given the current state of open wallets’ vaults and their historical behavior.
The estimated probability of default determines the credit grade.

Wallet factors (signals) that contribute to the computed grade include the following:
- debt-weighted collateralization ratio,
- externally held capital,
- credit mix,
- automated management,
- event frequency, and
- other factors.
