🔥At 05:28 Kiev time on the morning of the 28th, seismographic instruments located almost 100km away picked up on a violent unnatural disturbance. There were reports from residents that they felt shaking and earthquake reports flooded various websites.

New images shows charred and soot covered faces of the buildings at the GUR complex. The sides of the building with soot are the ones facing where the arrival was estimated at being in the parking lot courtyard.
