Acc to documents accessed by the OCCRP, #Adani Group purchased 'low-grade' coal from an Indonesian company at a cost of $28per tonne. The same shipment was then sold to Tamil Nadu Generation & Distribution Company as high-quality coal for $91.91 per metric tonne.

It is estimated that TANGEDCO overpaid ₹6,000 crore for coal from all vendors between 2012-16

‘#Coalgate: Modi Govt's strategic attempt to kill public & govt owned entities’ #MustRead #SaveSingareni 🚨

As you read this, #NDAGovt is launching its 10th round of Commercial Coal Mines Auction for 60 Coal Blocks today in Hyderabad, including blocks in Telangana.

In simple terms, auctioning coal blocks is similar to owning the hospital but leasing all the beds to private players. Know what’s happening👇

Let's understand the motives behind these auctions:

• In 2015, govt auctioned two coal blocks: Gare Palma IV/1 fetched a bid of ₹1,585/tonne, while Gare Palma IV/7 fetched ₹2,619/tonne. Both bids were subsequently cancelled, citing the first bid as too low & the second for violating certain conditions.

• Re-auction took place in 2020. The first block, containing 159.4 million tonnes of coal, was sold for ₹342.25/tonne, significantly lower than the ₹1,585 bid in 2015. The second block was sold for nearly 60% less than its previous bid in 2015.

Isn’t the loss of publicly owned entities benefiting private players through these auctions?

Add on: A private company that contributed ₹25 crore via Electoral Bonds on 7th Oct 2022 won the Gare Palma IV/6 coal mine auction on 10th Oct.

“Not privatization, just auctioning": Union Minister Kishan Reddy.

Now, Modi Govt is auctioning blocks in #Singareni, which is essentially an attempt at complete privatization. As mentioned, when you own a hospital but lease out all the beds, what do you actually own?

Visaka Steel Plant is a prime example of their conspiracy towards eventual privatization. The plant was deliberately pushed into losses through various means. Bailadila iron ore mines were handed over to Adani's company, contributing to VSP's losses. Efforts were underway to sell it off.

However, as the people of AP voted for regional forces who are now playing a key role, they have been able to safeguard the interests of the state.

Election Commission of India or Extremely Compromised Institution of India?’ #Thread 🚨

Like never before, #ECI has refused to publish data on the ‘total number of voters’ & ‘total number of votes polled.’ What’s happening?

By the end of Phase 4, EC’s updated polling data shows an increase of 1.07 crore votes in total, which means a difference of 28,000 votes in every constituency. By the very end, this difference could reach 2 crore, which is enough to influence the outcome of an election.

For ex, in Dhule, Maharashtra, there was an increase of 85,943 votes! Why is there an increase of 85,943 total votes polled in just 24 hours?

A small percentage increase can be understood, but 86,000 votes difference? If everything is alright, why is the ECI refusing to publish data on the total number of votes polled?

EC says: There is no legal mandate to provide Form 17C to anyone other than a polling agent.

Fact: Rule 93 of the Conduct of Elections Rules allows people to inspect and take copies of Form 17C.

How openly EC is lying in the Supreme Court. Just wow! 🙏

On how did Adani became the Biggest airport operator in india by killing all other companies and by tweaking hundreds of rules?

Ruled & Policies tweaked 👇

1) Changed rules to allow new entrants with no prior experience to run Airports & allowed monopoly by giving all 6 airports to #Adani

2) Handing over of 6 airports to #Adani for a period of 50 years is in complete violation of AAI Act, 1994 which says no airport can be leased out to any private player for more than 30 years.

3) The Ministry of Civil Aviation showed undue urgency to complete the transaction before February 28, 2020. Paving the way for Adani Enterprises to win the bid

4) #AAI did not evaluate the quotes of Adani Enterprises with the ‘Existing Per passenger Fee’ to check how profitable & feasible the bid can be.

5) The Project Report submitted to #PPPAC is completely inconclusive. Surprisingly, #AAI did not study the project before leasing out the airports

6) Above all, several experienced players like #GVK are troubled using #CBI & #ED so #Adani gets it all.

This probably is the biggest corruption at policy level in the history of India. Can we expect the agencies to act now?

2022: BJP forms the govt with the Eknath Shinde faction & Fadnavis becomes the Urban Development Minister. A fresh tender is issued.

(Many norms in the tender are tweaked to favor Modi's Adani)

2023: Fadnavis's last act before handing over the housing department was to formally approve the Adani-Dharavi project.

Key rules tweaked to favor the obvious man:

- The required technical experience was changed from 'Should have built 25 million sq ft in the last 7 years' to '6 million sq ft in the last 7 years'.
- A new condition was introduced, requiring the financial partner to have the reality experience of building 1.4 million sq ft, thereby preventing Seclink from bidding again.
- The previous mandatory cash requirement of Rs 10,000 crore or equivalent was now replaced with a 'net worth certificate' of Rs 20,000 crore, making it easier for cash-strapped Adani.
- The bid amount payment structure was also changed from a 'one-time bullet payment' to 'to be paid in installments'.

Can we expect the agencies to act now?

• Over 17,400 citizens have written to the EC seeking action against Modi for hate speech, but no action has been taken!

In the recent #Telangana Elections, both national parties, BJP & Congress, collaborated to defeat BRS. While it may initially surprise you, the following explanation with evidences will shed light on their strategic alliance.

Series of events over the past couple of months👇

July, 2023: Bandi Sanjay out, Kishan Reddy in. BJP leadership, realised that T-BJP's strength is insufficient to defeat BRS, strategically decided to support Congress. Over the next three months, Congress propagated a secret alliance between #BRS & BJP. #BJP continued to remain silent throughout, adhering to their plan to benefit Congress.

Important Observations during the Election Campaign 👇

• Medigadda

- NDSA hastily released a report on Medigadda. Normally, it takes a minimum of 4 days for anyone to thoroughly visit & inspect Medigadda, Annaram & Sundilla. However, #NDSA team only spent a day visiting the Medigadda bridge & released report. What's even more intriguing is that the expert committee provided a report without visiting the Annaram & Sundilla barrages.

- #Kaleshwaram Project obtained various approvals, including cost appraisal, technical advisory committee, central soil and material, construction machinery consultancy, hydrology, inner state matters, irrigation planning, ministry of agriculture & farmers welfare, and many more (All the dates can be seen below)

- How did #NDSA determine the quality of construction within 2 days with no proper examination? No samples were collected & no lab reports published. Even before NSDA released the report in any public domain, BJP leaders released it to the media. Congress leaders used the report for their propaganda.

- Nearly 150 people expired due to the #Morbi Bridge Collapse, gaining national attention. Still, no report was released by NDSA. The same NDSA did not release any report even 2 years after the damage of the Cofferdam in the Polavaram project.

- To summarise, NDSA, which never cared to release any report, released a report in a hurry about Medigadda with no proper examination in the poll-bound state. Congress, which took a stand to stay away from the reports of Modi’s agencies, takes a U-turn & buys the report of Modi in Telangana.
